Artwork Submission & Guidelines
After sending your order, email your artwork to cathy@creativecasuals.com
- Subject line should read "[Order number] : Artwork from [your company name or name]". Your order number can be found at the top of your order confirmation email.
- Any questions or concerns about your order should be directed to cathy@creativecasuals.com
IMPORTANT: E-MAILS RECEIVED WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER DELAYING THE PRODUCTION TIME.
Vector based artwork is required for all Screenprinting methods (with all fonts converted to outlines) and high resolution artwork is required for all 4 Colour Process Printing methods (Computer Generated) (at a minimum of 300 dots per inch at 100% size).
Acceptable file formats: Coral Draw (CDR), EPS, Vector PDF. Art charges will apply if satisfactory artwork is not supplied.
UNACCEPTABLE ARTWORK
The following are not considered acceptable artwork:
- business cards
- low resolution/low quality photocopies
- four colour process prints
- negative film
- colour transparency film
- GIF files
- embossed/textured images to scan
- coloured bitmaps/tiffs
- images from the web
- text that is smaller than 8 point size
- Microsoft Word documents
- Power Point presentations
ART RECONSTRUCTION
Creative Casuals now offers redrawing of artwork that does not meet our art specifications. Any art sent that is bitmap, tiffs, gifs, jpgs and low resolution vector art; we can redraw for a fee of $35.00 an hour. A customer service rep will contact you with an art estimate.

DECORATION CHARGES
Screenprinting
Typical decoration charges for Screenprinting on clothing is based on the number of colours (up to six colours). This is a PER ITEM charge.
- one colour: $4.43
- two colours: $7.88
- three colours: $10.09
- four colours: $ 12.31
- five colours: $14.77
- six colours: $17.23
Setup charges:
- There is a $15 PER ORDER charge for each ink colour change.
- Additional colours require a quote.
- Additional setup charges may apply if a second printing location is requested.
Embroidery
There is a $9.60 charge per item is for embroidery on the chest of the garment. Any further embroidery will require a quote request. A PER ORDER setup charge may also apply. Volume discounts may apply.
Promotional items
Hardgoods/promotional items require a $60 setup charge for most items. Additional decoration techniques may have different setup charges depending on the item and decoration option chosen. Please contact us for a quotation.
