Browse the Website
Use the Wearables or Promotional Items links and menus to look for the types of products you are after. You can add these to your Shopping Cart and you’ll be shown the cost of these items before you send us your order. These prices do NOT include decoration or shipping, but we will contact you with a quote on your decoration and freight costs before proceeding with your order.
Please note that all prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice.
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless you opt to display your prices in U.S. Dollars, which are shown at the current rate of exchange. (The shopping cart will show the rate being used.) Please be aware that your final invoice may not reflect these prices if the rate of exchange changes after placing your online order.
Sending Your Artwork
After sending your order you can send us your artwork by email attachment - please read the instructions on our Artwork Submission page and read about the types of files we can accept. If you are unable to send us suitable files we can convert your files to a usable format; artwork conversion/redrawing is subject to a $35/hour fee. A sales rep will contact you with an artwork estimate.
Imprinting/Decoration Options
If this is your first time ordering with us, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the various decoration options that we offer. We have also set out some typical costs for Embroidery and Screen Printing for garments on our Artwork Submission page. Please contact us to get a quotation on the costs of decoration for the clothing, accessories or promotional items that you want.
Shipping
We will give you a shipping estimate when we receive your order, please let us know if you can pick up your clothing order from one of our office locations. All Hardgoods and Promotional items are shipped direct from the warehouse to the shipping address you provide.
Payment Options
We accept credit card by phone, or cheque by prior arrangement. We can also send you a PayPal invoice so you can pay securely online. If you have a Purchase Order number, please indicate this when placing your online order.
Team/Corporate Clothing Programs
Does your team or company want to purchase imprinted uniforms or workwear? Contact us about setting up a custom clothing program just for you. Your team members and employees can visit our website to order their clothing, pay securely with PayPal and pick their order up from you when it's ready.
