Meet Our Staff

Chris Turcotte is the office manager at the Kincardine location of Creative Casuals, and loves to help out businesses, event planners, and ordinary people make their promotional ideas come alive. 

Chris is an apparel & promotions specialist, providing the best communication and customer service that he can.  In 1999 Chris obtained a diploma in Sporting Goods Business from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, ON.  In 2017, after 1 year with Creative Casuals in Kincardine, Chris was awarded the “Business Person of the Year” by the Kincardine District & Area Chamber of Commerce. 

As a promotions specialist, Chris strives to pair his customers with products & apparel to enhance their business look, an events appeal, and to help promote a message.  Whether it is a certain look or item that a client is looking for, or a certain price point and budget to meet a customer's expectations, Chris always has creative suggestions to suit the client's needs.  Chris’ passion for promotions can be seen in the Walk a Mile event for Women's House, the latest Kincardine Reunion, and many others where Chris has suggested clothing and promotional items to help enhance an events message. 

Chris has worked in the industry for more than 20 years gaining experience in customer service, sourcing products, creative influence, and branding of businesses & events. 

Outside of the office Chris enjoys playing hockey, slow-pitch, and curling.  Chris has also taken his communication and customer service skills onto the ball field as a slo-pitch umpire, and in 2017 was awarded the SPN Umpire of the year award.
